Victoria Williams
Accredited Mediator
Victoria began her career as a Family Solicitor supporting clients going divorce and separation. Victoria qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and she was inspired by lawyer-mediators that she worked with early in her career. She recognised the benefits of working collaboratively in mediation and began training to become an accredited Family Mediator in 2011.

Victoria has now worked exclusively as a Family Mediator since 2015. She has a practical, future focussed approach to mediation and she is committed to supporting clients through this period of transition in their lives. Victoria is mindful of the complexities of family dynamics and she has experience supporting clients with a wide range of issues.
Claire Heller
Accredited Mediator and Divorce Coach
Claire started her career as a barrister and then worked as a principal lawyer for the childcare team of a London borough. She later moved to Somerset and, having a preference for out of court settlements, successfully completed the Resolution training to become a Family Mediator. Since 2011 Claire has worked full time as mediator and more recently as a divorce coach.

Claire has had a varied career working in both corporate environments and cottage industry. Claire is an experienced Mediation Assistant who has a caring, practical, and efficient approach to ensuring the arrangements are in place to support the mediation process.
